Simulate the visual effects of ocular albinism: foveal hypoplasia central blur, iris transillumination with photophobia, and optic nerve fiber misrouting effects. Tune severity and inspect ΔE & chromaticity shift toward the hypopigmentation axis (D65).

Research notes
Ocular albinism (OA1/GPR143) simulation models the three principal visual effects: foveal hypoplasia (reduced central acuity from absent foveal pit), iris transillumination (photophobia from melanin deficiency in RPE and iris), and optic fiber misrouting (chiasmal decussation anomaly causing binocular imbalance and VEP asymmetry).
